Lat pull down & row machine
We spent our weekend on a buying spree! Yep, new equipment at the club and I can't wait to use it. We have invested in some circuit equipment for our members (and me because I am super excited to use it to rehab my knee & shoulder). Made by paramount, it is top of the line gym equipment.
